The Site
The site is located within the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on St Mark's road. Immediately to the north of the site is Chamberlain House Hospital which is a 5-6 storey block of mixed architectural languages and era’s. The east and west of the site comprise primarily of park land, being Kensington Memorial Park and the grounds of Notting Hill Carmel.

Our vision for 654 Kenton Lane is to create a state of the art facility which will become a focal point of its community. It’s design character
references the local vernacular and makes the most of its prominent siting.
It is our sincere belief, that the proposal shown here along with GCH’s core values, 654 Kenton Lane will lease new life into this derelict plot and become a focal point for the community.
